So I painted another bunch of archers. No shortage of them yet, though, I have about one hundred of them yet to paint. I picked a color scheme similar to the pikemen I did a little while ago in a vain attempt to produce at least somewhat logical unit compositions though I have to admit I really have no clue what to do with my pseudo-medievals.
No, playing Warhammer with them is not really an option.
The ugly reason I picked these up for painting is that caved in and bought a big bunch of new Chronopia models. To retain any chance of keeping my painting figures above the purchase count I needed something simple I could finish fast.
Though sometimes it helps to have something simple you can just slap paint on without thinking too much. Something done is still better than nothing done, right?
Truth to be told, I've been a little lost for direction lately. My commitments are eating up my time without really having clear focus now that I finished with the Flintloque stuff.
I should think up a project that I could really be enthusiastic about. Nesxt year's resolution should be something more coherent at the very least.
But meanwhile, gotta keep them wheels rolling...
